“I asked a lot from Hanna in 2022. I gave her an ambitious R&D target, virtually no budget and one intern to execute on the plan and she took it on like a champ and made the best of it. She would jump on the tools and fabricate metal on the factory floor, run scientific trials on the materials while writing our technical documentation, SOPs and even patents in the background. When orders came through she would help with operations and just did what it took to keep us moving forward.”
